- Plugin updates, bug fixes, and technical support
We may also act as a reseller or integrator for third-party Magento-compatible tools. Trademarks and names referenced belong to their respective owners, and we may or may not have a direct affiliation with them.
3. User Obligations
3.1 Account Setup
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information during account creation and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Legal Compliance

5. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Magento plugins solely for your internal business operations in accordance with the purchased license type (single-site, multi-site, agency, etc.).
5.2 Ownership
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, documentation, branding, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product or service for violation of these Terms, misuse, or abuse of the services.
6.2 Termination by User
You may cancel a plugin subscription or support contract through your customer dashboard at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our plugins and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

- Non-infringement

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal data, we will delete it promptly.
